Since its creation, it has focused its efforts on the promotion, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of severe congenital or acquired musculoskeletal and craniofacial deformities, with the goal of improving the health and well-being of children and their families.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through an interdisciplinary team, the Cl\u00ednica Noel Foundation provides comprehensive care to 89,000 children each year, especially those from socioeconomic levels 1, 2, and 3, many of whom are in vulnerable situations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the past 46 years, Fraternidad Medell\u00edn has supported the Foundation\u2019s work through a monthly contribution that has enabled the care of hundreds of patients who do not have the necessary resources to access specialized medical appointments.
