with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations regarding Habeas Data in Colombia.<\/p><p>As the Data Controller and\/or Data Processor, as applicable, FUNDACI\u00d3N FRATERNIDAD MEDELL\u00cdN handles personal data of its stakeholders in accordance with its mission, complying with the principles and regulations established in Colombian law and in the Foundation\u2019s internal privacy and data protection policy.<\/p><p>Personal data held by FUNDACI\u00d3N FRATERNIDAD MEDELL\u00cdN will be processed for the following general manage relationships with stakeholders. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span communicate information to stakeholders about projects related to social, cultural, scientific, technological, health, sports, and educational development, as well as publications, training events, and activities aligned with the Foundation\u2019s mission\u2014whether or not they are organized directly by FUNDACI\u00d3N FRATERNIDAD MEDELL\u00cdN. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"far fa-check-circle\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">To carry out corporate social responsibility activities directed at its stakeholders. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"far fa-check-circle\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">To manage the security of people, property, and information assets under the Foundation\u2019s care.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bee408d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bee408d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In each business process, depending on the personal data collected and the type of processing involved, specific purposes, the legal name of FUNDACI\u00d3N FRATERNIDAD MEDELL\u00cdN, and its contact details will be provided in a prior privacy notice.
