The Public Leadership Program – LIDERARIO – was created as a platform for conversation, exchange, and connection among leaders from different sectors who will make up the next generation of decision-makers for the city, the region, and the country.
We are convinced of the importance of maintaining a dynamic of progress for Colombia from its regions, a society united around common development goals, and a new generation of leaders proactively engaged in public debate and decision-making with social impact.
Thanks to the contributions of Proantioquia, EAFIT, Argos, Comfama, the Fraternidad Foundation, the Sofía Pérez de Soto Foundation, and Corbeta, we are training transformative leaders in Medellín and Antioquia who are interested in building connections and developing joint projects.
The program’s methodology includes in-person sessions every two weeks at EAFIT University and in different city spaces. In addition, Liderario has three territorial laboratories. Overall, it is an eight-month training program fully funded by the program’s partner organizations.
