Desde 2023, Fraternidad Medellín ha venido caminando de la mano de Compartamos con Colombia en un propósito profundo y estratégico: fortalecer a las organizaciones sociales que acompañamos para que su impacto sea sostenible, medible y perdurable en el tiempo.
Este camino se ha materializado a través del Programa de Fortalecimiento 360, una apuesta integral que entiende que el impacto social no solo se construye desde la vocación y el compromiso, sino también desde organizaciones sólidas, bien gobernadas, con rumbo estratégico claro, finanzas sanas y capacidades internas fortalecidas .
El programa no ofrece soluciones estandarizadas. Por el contrario, parte de un entendimiento profundo de cada organización, de su historia, sus retos y su potencial. A través de diagnósticos, espacios de co-creación y planes de fortalecimiento hechos a la medida, Compartamos con Colombia ha acompañado a 10 entidades aliadas de Fraternidad Medellín en dimensiones estratégicas, operativas, financieras y legales.
This process has enabled cultural, social, educational, and community-based organizations to move from day-to-day action to conscious planning, from isolated effort to purpose-driven management, and from intuition to decision-making based on information and evidence.
The progress is tangible. Participating organizations have been able to define or update their strategic direction, organize their internal processes, strengthen their corporate governance, and now have financial tools that allow them to anticipate, project, and make decisions with greater clarity.
In addition, the support has facilitated the implementation of impact measurement models, knowledge management systems, and transparency and business ethics programs—key elements for building trust, attracting partners, and ensuring institutional continuity.
A Knowledge Network in Service of the Social Sector
One of the distinctive values of PF360 has been the articulation of a network of high-level strategic, financial, and legal firms that have placed their expertise at the service of the social sector. Consulting, legal, and financial firms have accompanied these processes with technical rigor and a deep sense of social commitment, demonstrating that cross-sector collaboration is both possible and necessary.
Para Fraternidad Medellín, este trabajo conjunto con Compartamos con Colombia reafirma una convicción profunda: cuando fortalecemos a quienes transforman realidades, multiplicamos el impacto y sembramos futuro. Seguir acompañando estos procesos es seguir apostándole a un ecosistema social más sólido, articulado y capaz de responder a los desafíos de nuestro territorio.
