Vive is a social innovation initiative that seeks to promote access to decent housing. This initiative, created by the Berta Martínez Foundation, has had our support at Fraternidad Medellín for the past two years—not only to strengthen the program, but also to keep one of our core principles alive: that everyone deserves a home of their own, a safe place to grow and dream.
Through personalized guidance and inclusive credit products, Vive helps families who have traditionally been excluded from the financial system achieve their dream of decent housing by financing the improvement, purchase, or construction of their home.
Tailor-made loans for each family—flexible, agile, and adaptable to every need. Counseling services to help people access government or family compensation fund subsidies, along with many other services, make Vive a kind of fairy godparent that, over the past year, has made the housing dreams of 104 families come true—families who never imagined having a home of their own and who now enjoy a house full of well-being and quality of life. A habitat of fraternity for life.
