Employment Impact Bond – CREO
The CREO impact bond is an initiative aimed at connecting individuals in vulnerable conditions with new opportunities for formal employment through innovative strategies.
In July 2022, the first phase of the program was completed, achieving 97% of the job retention target and 109% of the employment placement goal.
Building on these strong results, Comfama and its partner foundations launched a second phase, welcoming Fundación Sofía Pérez de Soto as a new ally. This second phase, known as Bono 2.0, aims to place 573 individuals in formal jobs and ensure that at least 434 of them remain employed for a minimum of three months.

Business Alliance for the Employment of Women and Youth
A coalition of 23 organizations has come together, contributing resources and job openings with a shared goal: to create opportunities for women and young people to access employment. This initiative aims to close long-standing employment gaps and promote the region’s economic and social development.

INTERACTUAR Microcredit Fund
Created in 2021 to support the economic reactivation of Medellín’s communes 3 and 8 through special loans and guidance for neighborhood ventures and microenterprises. The fund aims to assume the risks that micro-entrepreneurs typically face through high-interest rates. Its goal is to make dreams a reality by driving business development through projects with significant economic and social impact that transform communities.

Promotora Cultural de Antioquia
This is a cultural endowment fund aimed at strengthening the sustainability conditions of cultural organizations in the medium and long term, enabling them to fulfill their mission of fostering cultural citizenship for social transformation and local development.
