FUNDACIÓN FRATERNIDAD MEDELLÍN informs its stakeholders of the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy adopted in compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations regarding Habeas Data in Colombia.

As the Data Controller and/or Data Processor, as applicable, FUNDACIÓN FRATERNIDAD MEDELLÍN handles personal data of its stakeholders in accordance with its mission, complying with the principles and regulations established in Colombian law and in the Foundation’s internal privacy and data protection policy.

Personal data held by FUNDACIÓN FRATERNIDAD MEDELLÍN will be processed for the following general purposes:

In each business process, depending on the personal data collected and the type of processing involved, specific purposes, the legal name of FUNDACIÓN FRATERNIDAD MEDELLÍN, and its contact details will be provided in a prior privacy notice. Requests must include a detailed description of the matter related to their personal data, along with their contact details to enable the Foundation to process and respond to the request appropriately.

Required contact details include: full name, type and number of identification document, physical address, city, telephone number, and email address.

Upon receiving the request, FUNDACIÓN FRATERNIDAD MEDELLÍN will respond to the data subject or legally authorized party within the timeframes established by law.

This Policy was approved by FUNDACIÓN FRATERNIDAD MEDELLÍN and has been in effect since September 30, 2016.
